Surprisingly, these two bulk powder wagons made their way to the UK, as they were not passed for the ferry. Possibly out of gauge with the swing lid in place, the one at Parkestone Quay stayed there for some years, but was recorded in Radyr later.
Both were GLW 40t, experimental for Rock Salt, Trials between Over & Wharton and Inverness.
