A fleet of 13 bogie tank wagons built by British Railway Engineering Ltd at Ashford in 1971 and owned by Storage & Transportation Systems for transport of Vinyl chloride monomer. Originally used by BP Chemicals they may have transferred to ICI traffic after refurbishment.
