Using the prototype CCT as a template, BR built 30 Motor car vans for the Southern Region cross channel ferry fleet. Originally they had windows either side of the doors but these were plated over sometime in the 1960s. Later they were used as barriers and for the engineers.
NOTE – These photographs are low quality scans and may not print well. I will sustitute rescans for larger prints but this may delay production.
