50 of these were built in 1958 of constructed of tongue and grooved extruded aluminium at Park Royal vehicles Ltd. They were written up in The Railway Gazette in May 30 1958 p 628. They did not need painting with the lettering in black. Thanks to Kevin Prince for recently photographing a lovely survivor. 'Return to Greenford', Historically very important - a predecessor of the Speedfreight light alloys which led to the freightliner containers.
