British Railways built 300 bolster wagons in 1970-1 at Ashford using the standard air braked underframe similar to the one used for OAA opens and VAA vans. Quite soon they were being used for other uses, including coils carried eye to sky, as under runners and as container flats for coal containers. (some of the this collection are low quality scans, they have an [m] suffix) and may not print well. Do not order larger prints).
