The LNER introduced a standard 42ft. bogie underframe in c1930 but did not use it to build any trestle plate wagons until BR introduced a design in 1953. The collection illustrates all 4 lots with their different bogies. Most were rebuilt in 1979 as XVA https://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/brtrestlexva
