E G Steele of Hamilton operated an unusual fleet of 4 wheel tank wagons. Built by CFPM in France in 1967 they had features unusual for UK wagons, including an S shaped solebar and a rod brake lever. They were hired to Total, Petrofina and other companies, the higher numbers had several designs of external lagging.
