In WW2 Warflats similar to those of WW1 (see https://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/ww1warflat) were introduced. Unlike Warwells, instead of rebuilding these MODA introduced new wagons in 1976 and 1981. BR used some of the WW2 wagons and others were in internal use.
