A pair of Cambrian built, GWR registered, silo wagons for pulverised coal. The discharge pipes were absent from these wagons.
Built for Powell Duffyryn Associated Collieries taking powdered coal to their power station at Bargoed. Nationalised in 1948. Hywel Thomas believes they went out of service in 1965 when the power station at Bargoed Pits shut. Latterly, they were taking coal dust from the tip reclamation scheme at Llanbradach Colliery to Bargoed.
