Built as L&SWR 56ft BTK(3) No. 1464 in 1908, rather late in WW1 it became part of US Ambulance Train No. 62 as 6216. Later converted to a full brake, SR Diagram 870, No. 345.
Withdrawn 4/1947 when it became 447s, later DS447. Cut up 7/1961.
