The Southern Railway built 40 of these uncompromising 0-6-0 locomotives designed under Bulleid during WW2. The most powerful 0-6-0 in the UK, and as useful on passenger trains as freight. My personal favourite, as they worked the pick-up goods at Staines when I was young, unfortunately they had all gone by the time I had a camera. So, the photos are all of it in conservation - fortunately for me now housed only a km from my home. Enjoy!
