Built to the same design and order as MAT cartics as Contract no. 19 by Standard Wagon 1969. Procor had 18 sets of Cartic 4s used by Tolemans Delivery Services. They appear to have been withdrawn by 1992. There is little evidence that the TOPS code was carried. Wagons in sets were lettered A - D.
